Adam Akyol

Adam having grown up in and around East Devon trained as a chef at Exeter College and soon moved on to manage events in some of London’s top venues such as the 5 star Royal Horse Guards Hotel, Kensington Palace and Hampton Court, ZSL London Zoo and more recently at The University of Exeter.

With the growing popularity of pop-up catering Adam has pulled on his 12 years of event catering experience and is excited to add something unique and flavoursome to the South West street food scene.

Adam has been working hard to make his street food vision a reality through designing and constructing his pop-up kitchen, writing menus, sourcing ingredients and equipping himself with everything needed to bring this 21st century mac and cheese to the people of the South West.
